On December 19, Minister Counselor Fan Xuecheng of the Chinese Embassy in Uganda met with Brig-General Johnson Namanya, the Acting Chief of Citizenship and Immigration Control of Uganda. Fan appreciated the efforts of the Ugandan side on promoting the friendly cooperation and facilitating personnel exchanges. The two sides held in-depth discussions on further strengthening cooperation, protecting the legitimate rights of Chinese citizens as well as visa policies.
