Starting from 9October 2023, the Chinese Embassy will stop using the online appointment system for Chinese visa application. The applicants could submit the application documents directly to the Embassy during the designated opening hours. The specific arrangements are as follows:

1. Opening hours for accepting visa applications: 8:30am-12:00pm on every Monday (for officialdelegations), Wednesday and Friday (except holidays)

2. The queuing time for applicants at the Consular (Visa) section of the Embassy on each opening day should not be earlier than 7:30 am.

3. Inquiry Hours: 14:00-18:00 on every working day (except holidays)
